Things not to say to a prospective leasor

At the end of a first-contact phone call:

Realtor: Okay, dear, MWAH!
Ritsuka: EXCUSE ME?!!!!

Needless to say, I didn’t call that one back.

About concerns with vermin in the apartment:

Realtor: I do not vant to scare you–but the rats, they are EVERYVERE in Boston. You cannot escape them!
Ritsuka: EUUGGGGGGHHH.

Sometimes, they say really scary things, like:

Realtor: Well, this unit is pretty spacious and new, but I have something in a more convenient location that’s just full lot of charm and character. How do you feel about charm and character?
Ritsuka: ::terrified::

And then sometimes realtors just lie:

Realtor: Well, June, it’s not a big moving month in Boston, you see. We get hardly any new listings then.
Ritsuka: LIES AND CALUMNY, SIR! I know for a fact that June is the second busiest move-in date for Boston.
